Recombinant Human CD47/IAP Protein (RP00331)

Datasheet

Overview

Product name Recombinant Human CD47/IAP Protein
Catalog No. RP00331
Description Recombinant Human CD47/IAP Protein is produced by Human Cell expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gln19-Pro139) of human CD47/IAP (Accession #Q08722) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
Bio-Activity Measured by its ability to bind Human SIRPA in functional ELISA. The ED50 for this effect is typically 5-20ng/mL.
Purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin < 1 EU/μg of the protein by LAL method.
Formulation Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 10 mM Tris-Citrate, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0.Contact us for customized product form or formulation.
Species Human
This protein belongs a membrane protein, which is involved in the increase in intracellular calcium concentration that occurs upon cell adhesion to extracellular matrix. The encoded protein is also a receptor for the C-terminal cell binding domain of thrombospondin, and it may play a role in membrane transport and signal transduction. This gene has broad tissue distribution, and is reduced in expression on Rh erythrocytes. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene.
Synonym CD47; IAP; MER6; OA3; CD47 molecule; IAP; MER6; OA3
Expressed Host HEK293 cells
Tag C-6×His
Swiss-Prot Q08722
Gene ID 961
Storage Store the lyophilized protein at -20°C to -80 °C for long term.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20 °C for 3 months, at 2-8 °C for up to 1 week.
Reconstitution Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water.
